Данный набор данных содержит сводные годовые данные о задолженности домохозяйств, включая некоммерческие организации, обслуживающие домохозяйства (NPISH), выраженные в процентах от ВВП. Данные составлены в соответствии с Европейской системой счетов 2010 года (ESA 2010), охватывают государства-члены ЕС и входят в состав показателей панели оценки в рамках Процедуры макроэкономического дисбаланса (MIP) Европейской комиссии. Данные включают обязательства по долговым ценным бумагам (F.3) и кредитам (F.4), принадлежащие сектору домохозяйств (S.14–S.15) и NPISH, с ежегодными обновлениями, начиная с 2014 года. Географический охват включает все страны Европейского союза, при этом данные структурированы в соответствии со стандартами ESA 2010 для финансовых счетов и балансовых позиций.

Описание

The Household sector debt is the stock of liabilities (at the end of the year) held by the sector Households and Non-profit institutions serving households - NPISH (S.14_S.15).

The Non-financial corporations sector debt is the stock of liabilities (at the end of the year) held by the sector Non-financial corporations (S.11).

The Private sector debt is the stock of liabilities (at the end of the year) held by the sectors Non-financial corporations (S.11) and Households and Non-profit institutions serving households (S.14_S.15) combined.

The instruments taken into account to compile the household sector debt, the non-financial corporations sector debt, and the private sector debt, are Debt securities (F.3) and Loans (F.4).

Financial flows and stocks data are often referred to collectively in the national accounts framework as 'financial accounts'. Financial flows consist of transactions and other flows, and represent the difference between the opening financial balance sheet at the start of the year and the closing balance sheet at the end of the year.

The data are compiled in accordance with the European System of Accounts 2010 edition (ESA 2010), which came into force in September 2014.

The MIP scoreboard indicators are the consolidated Household debt (including NPISH) in percentage of GDP and the consolidated Non-financial corporations debt in percentage of GDP .
